Motorcyclist crashes into guard rail after failed cornering on curved road

A motorcyclist was seen cornering a curved road on his bike — only to end up crashing into a guard rail.

Facebook page SG Road Vigilante posted a video of the incident that occurred at the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) exit on Monday (Jan 11).

In the video, the motorcyclist is seen leaning towards his left while riding along a curved road, only to end up skidding and hitting the guard rail.

Fortunately, oncoming vehicles managed to stop in time and the rider appeared to recover from the impact quickly.

Netizens have criticised his actions and lack of caution, however. Several also called the incident a "painful lesson".
