Stomper Sufi is looking for eyewitnesses after he was injured in an accident on Sunday (Jan 7) at around 7pm.

According to Sufi, he was entering the bend where the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE) merges with the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) when a car suddenly entered his lane.

"It was a black hatchback," said Sufi. "We entered the bend together in separate lanes when suddenly, I saw the front of her car come super near to my bike".

"I tried to siam and that's when I skidded. She entered my lane while turning."

According to Sufi, the driver stopped her car after he fell and came out after he walked over to her vehicle.

"She just said sorry and that she didn't see me," he said.

She gave him her number and left the scene.

Sufi then called for an ambulance and was conveyed to Ng Teng Fong Hospital.

He suffered injuries to his left foot that required a skin graft from his thigh.

He is appealing to any eyewitnesses who might have caught the incident on camera to come forward with video footage.
