Motorcyclist, 23, taken to hospital after colliding with car at Sengkang East Way junction

A 23-year-old motorcyclist was taken to hospital after his motorcycle collided with a car at the junction of Sengkang East Way and Punggol Road on Tuesday (Sep 28) evening.

A video of the incident was shared on SG Road Vigilante's YouTube channel.

In the video, the motorcycle is seen travelling straight when it is hit by a car which is making a right turn at the junction.

The motorcycle had right of way.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the accident at 7.41pm.

A 23-year-old motorcyclist was conscious when taken to hospital, a police spokesman said.

Police investigations are ongoing.
