Everybody makes mistakes.

However, the way a MOS Burger employee reacted to his colleague's mistake has shocked netizens.

Several Stompers alerted Stomp to a TikTok video posted by James Ong (@james_sg88), a food delivery rider.

He was collecting a GrabFood order at MOS Burger's HDB Hub outlet when he happened to catch the incident on camera.

In the eight-minute clip, the MOS Burger employee, who appears to be a manager, is upset after his elderly colleague gave the GrabFood order to the wrong person.

The manager then starts banging the counter and slamming doors shut as he walks around the kitchen to prepare the order from scratch.

James then tries to reassure the uncle and tells him to tell the manager that he can wait and to take his time, adding that it was okay.

He is later heard asking, "What is his problem?"

He tells the elderly worker, who steps away from the counter to stay clear of the manager, that he is recording the incident on a camera attached to his helmet.

He says: "If I post this on Facebook, he will be sacked, I tell you."

When the order is finally ready, the manager moves on to attend to another customer.

James is heard asking: "Everything okay?"

Despite the unpleasant situation, the uncle thanks James while handing him the food order and telling him goodbye.

James said in his TikTok post that the manager's behaviour was 'unacceptable' and netizens agreed.

Many called for the video to be brought to Mos Burger's attention and added that nobody deserves to be treated this way.

The video has since garnered over 646,000 views.
