Missing 13-year-old boy last seen at St Michael’s Road on March 21

The police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of a 13-year-old boy who was last seen at 19 St Michael’s Road on March 21.

Mr Toh Sheng Han was last seen at 7pm, said the police in a statement.
