Mercedes driver is hot on Stomper's trail to tailgate his car out of Depot Heights carpark

A Stomper was peeved at a Mercedes-Benz driver who tailgated him out of the carpark at Depot Heights shopping centre on Thursday (Dec 6) just to seemingly get out of paying the carpark fare.

The Stomper shared a video taken from his in-car camera of the Merc driver in the act.

The Stomper told Stomp he was driving out of the carpark at about 1pm when he noticed a Merc driver with a Malaysian licence plate, JMP8828, driving extremely close to him.

In the video, the Merc driver continues to drive dangerously close to the Stomper's car until he clears the exit barrier.

"This is the first time this has happened to me," said the Stomper.

"This cheapo guy drives a Mercedes but has no money to pay carpark gantry."
