Stomper Koh alerted Stomp to a Mercedes-Benz driver who got his just reward at 4.11am this morning (May 31) for parking in motorcycle lots on the third floor of Block 103A Rivervale Walk multi-storey carpark.
The Stomper was at the carpark at around 7am today when he realised that the driver had been slapped with a $50 fine for occupying the motorcycle lots.
Said the Stomper:
"The driver must be a newbie driver."
