A woman ordered a McDonald's meal only to find the crisscut fries were mostly little broken pieces.
The Stomper had paid $8.45 for the Sweet Paprika Chicken McCrispy special from the Khatib outlet on April 23 at 1.15pm.
The meal consisted of two pieces of fried chicken, a Calamansi McFizz drink and crisscut fries, the last of which came in mostly bits and pieces.
"McDonald’s serves 'gemstone' crisscut fries," quipped the Stomper. "They look like Ah Pong's food."
Ah Pong is the name of her pet poodle.
"I had no appetite to eat," she said, adding that she threw the fries away.
She did not feed them to Ah Pong.
In response to a Stomp query, McDonald's said: "We are in the process of reaching out to the customer, and are committed to making this right."
