A Mazda driver and his passenger were caught on video leaving a trail of litter at a parking lot in Yishun on Feb 22.

Stomper Lau Lau alerted Stomp to a video of the incident that was posted on SG Road Vigilante's YouTube channel.

In the video, the female passenger is seen blatantly dropping a tissue packet and a tissue next to the parked car.

The man is also seen using a tissue to clean the car before simply discarding it on the ground.

The contributor who recorded the video took footage of the litter left behind.

Under the Environmental Public Health Act, any individual who commits a littering offence is liable on conviction to a court fine of up to $2,000 for a first conviction, $4,000 for a second conviction and $10,000 for the third and subsequent convictions.
