Man's neighbour hoards personal items at common corridor of Blk 73 Toa Payoh Lor 4

Stomper Roger is frustrated with his next-door neighbour for hoarding her belongings at the shared corridor and stairwell at Block 73 Toa Payoh Lorong 4.

According to Roger, the problem has been persistent since 2014 with no signs of improving.

Apart from bicycles, his neighbour also put baby prams and toys just next to the stairwell.

At one point, there was also a large cardboard box obstructing the corridor.

"We have been living in fear for many years that one day, someone from our family or our immediate neighbour's family will perish in a fire as our only fire exit point is blocked," said the Stomper.

"Our inconsiderate neighbour hoards the stairwell with her bikes, shopping carts, prams and trash.

"We are now appealing the help from the media to help broadcast this and get the attention from someone with authority who can help.

"I am hoping that someone who really cares will do something before a fatality happens."
