Man vapes while standing along Tanjong Katong Road

A man was caught on video vaping along Tanjong Katong Road on Nov 19.

The footage was shared on SG Road Vigilante's YouTube channel on Nov 21.

In the video, the man is seen standing at the side of the road inhaling on an e-vaporiser as an oncoming car pulls over.

Instead of moving out of the way for his own safety, he continues standing there and simply stares at the driver.

Netizens have slammed the man for being "self-entitled" and blatantly flouting the law.

Since Feb 1, 2018, it has been illegal to possess, purchase or use e-vaporisers. Offenders can be fined up to $2,000.
