Man throws tissue paper onto parked Audi in Ang Mo Kio after wiping hands

A man wiped his hands with what appeared to be tissue paper and then tossed the rubbish onto a parked car that he was walking past.

Facebook user Chris Lim posted a video of the incident, which according to the time-stamp, occurred on Tuesday evening (May 8) at around 7.47pm.

Mr Lim told Stomp that the incident happened at the carpark of Block 633, Ang Mo Kio Avenue 6.

In the video, a thud can be heard when the used tissues landed on the car bonnet.

According to Mr Lim's comments on the Facebook thread, his car is an Audi.

He also said: "I don't even know [the man] lol," suggesting that the litterbug's actions were unprovoked.
