A man was taken to hospital after two cars collided along at the entrance of a carpark, near Block 508 Tampines Central 1 on Nov 20 at about 2.37pm.

Stomper Noranisah was standing on the opposite side of the road when she witnessed the accident.

She took pictures of the aftermath of the accident and sent them to Stomp.

She said: "I was standing facing the entrance of the carpark and noticed a black car going to turn right out of the carpark.

"Suddenly, the purple vehicle which was heading straight hit the black car."

Stomp understands that the purple vehicle could not stop in time to avoid the black car, and hit the right side of it.

In response to a Stomp query, the police said: "On Nov 20 at 2.37pm, the police were alerted to an accident involving two cars along Tampines Central 1.

"A 47 year-old-man was conveyed conscious to Changi General Hospital."
