Man taken to hospital after accident involving prime mover, tipper truck and car in Tuas

A 56-year-old man was taken to hospital after the car that he was driving got into an accident with a prime mover and a tipper truck in Tuas on Wednesday (Aug 7).

In response to a Stomp query, the police said they were alerted to the three-vehicle accident at the junction of Tuas South Avenue 3 and Tuas South Street 2 at 11.28am.

The car driver was conscious when taken to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.

Stomper EJ Ahmad contributed a photo that shows the car with both its front and rear damaged.

Its dislodged rear bumper and bits of debris can also be seen on the road.

Police investigations are ongoing.
