A man suffered minor injuries in an incident that happened at a Housing and Development Board (HDB) project in Punggol on Tuesday (July 17).

Stomper Apid alerted Stomp to a video of the incident that he said was circulating on WhatsApp.

In the video, workers wearing yellow safety helmets are crowded behind a trailer.

Soon, a group of them are seen carrying a man away from behind the vehicle and to a clear space.

Towards the end of the video, some of them can be seen making fanning motions above the man.
