Man smokes in garden at Yishun block -- then throws cigarette butt on ground

Stomper Angel saw a man smoking in a garden at Block 506, Yishun Avenue 4 and then tossing his cigarette butt on the ground last Friday (April 20).

A video filmed by Angel shows the man, who was dressed in a light blue t-shirt and grey bermuda shorts, pacing up and down while smoking and making a phone call.

He can be seen taking a few puffs from his cigarette before throwing it into a corner.
