Man rides away with fruit seller's bike in broad daylight at Bukit Batok

A man was caught on video riding away with a bicycle that did not belong to him at Block 277 Bukit Batok East Avenue 3 on May 1.

Stomper KietLy alerted Stomp to the incident and shared a video posted on Facebook by the bike's owner Weihorng Wha.

Weihorng wrote he is a fruit seller at the market near Block 277.

In the video, a man riding a bicycle is seen approaching Weihorng's bike parked next to a lorry and shortly after, rides off while pulling the other bike along with him.

Weihorng is appealing for the man to return his bike to him or for anyone who recognises the man in the video to contact him.

"I need the bicycle for my daily commute," he said.
