Man removes python from underneath car with his bare hands

A man was caught on video removing a python from underneath a car.

In the video that has been circulating online, the man is seen on his back as he tries to free the reptile from the frame of the vehicle.

Eventually, with some pulling and manoeuvring, he manages to remove the snake, which looked to be about a metre long, from the car with the help of a passer-by.

It is unclear where or when this happened.

However, a Singapore-registered licence plate can be seen on the car.

Acres' deputy chief executive officer, Mr Kalai Vanan told Stomp that the organisation was not alerted to the case.

What happened to the snake is unknown as well.

"We urge members of the public to call us (Acres Wildlife Rescue) for such cases or if wildlife is sighted in distress at 9783 7782," he added.
