A man in his 60s was sent to the hospital after a chain collision on the East Coast Parkway (ECP) expressway at about 2pm yesterday (July 2).

Stompers NoorWhirlzWindz and Mr Chan alerted Stomp to the incident.

A video shows a long line of cars involved in the crash.

The clip also shows an elderly man in the driver's seat of a badly smashed taxi, being attended to by a paramedic.

In response to Stomp's query, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said they were received a call for assistance at 2.20pm yesterday along ECP towards Changi.

A Chinese male in his 60s was conveyed to Changi General Hospital (CGH) where the hospital was alerted to be on standby to receive the patient.
