Man feels 'scammed' after paying $3.80 for kway teow with tofu and long beans at canteen

Is $3.80 for kway teow with two vegetables too steep?

That's how Stomper Andy felt after the meal he had at NTWU Canteen at Joo Koon Bus Interchange on Saturday (June 3), at around 8.45am.

Andy, who ordered kway teow with tofu and long beans, said: "I would like to complain about this stall.

"$3.80 for only three items and no meat is too much. It's like a scam. $2.50 is more reasonable according to market prices."
