Man berates and hurls vulgarities at bus driver: "This is Singapore, law by law"

A man was caught on camera verbally abusing a driver on Bus 123 yesterday night (Dec 11) at around 8.45pm.

Stomper Rio was on her way to Orchard when she witnessed the incident.

A video that she filmed shows the male commuter lashing out at the bus driver and hurling vulgarities.

He is also heard telling the bus driver, "This is Singapore, law by law!"

Rio said: "He wanted the driver to stop the bus along the expressway so that he could alight.

"I learnt from their conversation that the man didn't even have an EZ-Link card on him."

According to Rio, the bus eventually stopped at a bus stop and the man alighted.

"Poor bus driver," added the Stomper.
