Mos Burger is investigating why a customer was served a lacklustre burger with missing ingredients.

Stomper Night Owl shared with Stomp that he had bought a Cheezy Wagyu Burger from the fast-food restaurant at White Sands on June 25 and was appalled at the quality.

He said: "Would you be willing to spend $7.95 for this unique super-dry burger without certain main ingredients like cheese or sauce?

"The frozen beef patty is not defrosted enough, with little trace of soggy lettuce glued to it."

In response to a Stomp query, a spokesman from MOS Burger said: "We view such incidents very seriously as the satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance to us.

"We have reached out to the customer, and our restaurant and quality assurance team are currently investigating this matter.

"We will reinforce the product making procedures with the restaurant.

"We remain committed to uphold a high level of food quality standard and provide a pleasant dining experience for all our customers."
