He is then seen walking back past the same car, this time closer to the vehicle, with something in his left hand.

A grinding sound, akin to a sharp object being dragged across metal, is heard in the video as the man walks past the car.

The video also included photos of the damaged Subaru.

According to the post, the man was allegedly involved in a parking dispute with the owner of the car with the car cam prior to the alleged car scratching.

However, it is unclear what the dispute was about as it was not caught on video.

For some citizens, the video provided sufficient evidence to prove the man had indeed scratched the car.

Many slammed him for his actions.
