Man allegedly molested woman on overhead bridge towards Jurong East Bus Interchange

A 32-year-old man was arrested for allegedly molesting a woman on an overhead bridge towards Jurong East Bus Interchange on Sunday (July 10).

The police said they were alerted to the case at around 1.40am.

Through follow-up investigations and with the aid of images from CCTV cameras, officers from Clementi Police Division established the suspect's identity and arrested him

The man will be charged in court on Tuesday with outrage of modesty, which carries a jail term of up to three years and/or a fine and/or caning.
