Man, 64, arrested for allegedly molesting woman, 32, at Our Tampines Hub

A 64-year-old man who allegedly molested a woman at Our Tampines Hub was arrested within the same day.

The police said they received a report that a 32-year-old woman had been molested by an unknown man at 1 Tampines Walk on Tuesday (June 29).

Through follow-up investigations and with the aid of images from CCTV cameras, officers from Bedok Police Division established the man's identity and nabbed him on the same day.

The man will be charged in court on Thursday (July 1) with outrage of modesty, which carries a jail term of up to two years and/or a fine and/or caning.
