Man, 35, arrested for traffic-related offences after accident at Airport Boulevard, 33-year-old woman taken to hospital

A 35-year-old man was arrested after an accident involving two cars happened along Airport Boulevard on Saturday (May 19).

Stomper NoorWhirlzWindz shared photos of the accident with Stomp that showed a car that had mounted a divider and crashed into a convex traffic mirror.

The 33-year-old female driver of that car was taken to Changi General Hospital.

In response to Stomp's media queries, a police spokesman said that they were alerted to the accident at 10.05am.

"One of the drivers, a 33-year-old woman, was conscious when conveyed to Changi General Hospital," the police spokesman said.

"The other driver, a 35-year-old man was arrested for traffic-related offences."

Police investigations are ongoing.
