A 19-year-old man was apprehended after he was pulled from the edge of the top of a dormitory building at Old Choa Chu Kang Road on Friday morning (July 24).

Stomper Randy alerted Stomp to a Facebook video of the incident that happened at Sungei Tengah Lodge, Singapore's biggest dormitory for migrant workers.

In the video, the man is seen standing precariously close to the edge of the building and looking down.
