A taxi hit a Land Transport Authority (LTA) motorcycle along Orchard Road yesterday (Mar 14) just before 6pm.

Stomper Kelvin shared a video of the incident that happened in front of The Heeren with Stomp.

In the video, the motorcycle with an LTA logo on it can be seen on the ground with an officer standing next to it.

He is then seen bending down to pick up pieces of debris on the road.

A ComfortDelGro Taxi is seen behind the motorcycle with a damaged front bumper.

A car appeared to have hit the taxi from behind as seen in the video as well.

In response to a Stomp query, a police spokesman said:

"On March 14, 2018, at 5.42pm, the police were alerted to an accident involving a car, a taxi, and a motorcycle along Orchard Road towards Bras Basah Road, before Grange Road.

"The taxi driver, a 60-year-old man, and his passenger, a 32-year-old lady, were both conscious when conveyed to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
