Good deeds can come from anywhere, regardless of age.

This was especially true for Stomper Josephine's dining experience at a McDonald's outlet where was impressed by Kenneth Tan's service.

She arrived at the McDonald's outlet at Block 448, Ang Mo Kio Avenue 10 on Jan 20 to have ice-cream with her parents.

She was then greeted by the 14-year-old who is a Guest Experience Leader at the outlet.

Writing to Stomp, Josephine said, "I had one of my parents on (a) wheelchair and since it was Saturday there were no seats. He kindly asked one of the customers to relocate so that my parent could sit there."

Kenneth had also offered to take their order and collect on their behalf so that they did not need to go to the counter.

"Once we started eating, he came back again and asked if he could give water to my parents who may be thirsty," said Josephine.

She also said that he had helped her to park her shopping trolley neatly in a corner where it would not obstruct anyone.

"He is only 14 years old! He is very proactive and greets customers and offer kids mini ice cream cones," added Josephine

Commending his excellent service, Josephine believes that he should be rewarded as he is a "responsible staff with great attitude and service".
