Korean celebrity T.O.P in critical condition from overdosing on sedative after getting booted from military

YG Entertainment has confirmed T.O.P has been hospitalised and is in critical condition from a medical drug overdose.

The star was transferred to the intensive care unit and has not regained conscious, reports Koreaboo. 
T.O.P mother and his close friends stood by his side as updates as the official statements were released. 

In an official statement, YG Statement said:

“We heard that T.O.P is at the emergency under intensive care for a drug overdose. 

“His mother is at the hospital keeping watch over him. 

“I have not heard anything else at the moment.”

A friend also elaborated on the star’s condition:

“Doctors are still testing and the results have not come back, but it’s suspected that he overdosed. 

“He’s been having a hard time recently due to recent events and his stress was at peak level. 

“I am incredibly sad for him right now and hope he wakes up soon.”

It was reported that T.O.P has been under tremendous stress due to recent scandals on his drug use. 

He was also booted from the military and told to re-enlist.
