A kind Stomper stopped to help a motorcyclist that had fallen onto the road after an alleged hit-and-run incident along Tampines 81 on Thursday morning (May 7).

Stomper Muhammad said he was on the way to pick up an order when he saw the rider with blood on his hands, elbows, feet and knees.

"I pulled up to one side and helped him lift his bike up and pushed it to the side of the road," he said.

"He told me he was trying to overtake a car on his left but the car suddenly swerved into him and left him like that.

"I immediately helped him and ran to a hawker centre to get him a bottle of mineral water to make sure he was hydrated, especially in this weather as it's humid and he was bleeding.

"He turned down my offer to call for an ambulance and said he go to a nearby clinic.

"I hope you can share this to help the rider out."
