Kind police officers helping uncle who had difficulty walking shows why SPF is world's best

The Singapore Police Force (SPF) is the nation's pride — and with good reason.

Not only are they world-class crime fighters who make Singapore one of the safest countries in the world, they are also multi-talented, create the most brilliant memes, and often go beyond their call of duty.

Stomper Geekay was touched when he saw two police officers helping a man who had difficulty walking at Pasir Ris MRT station on Tuesday (Feb 18).

He said: "I noticed them helping and supporting the uncle when I arrived at around 5.15pm.

"I'm not sure where they were going but they were walking towards White Sands shopping mall and the MRT entrance.

"I could see the officers struggling a little as the man had mobility challenges and really had difficulty walking."

In photos that Geekay shared with Stomp, the police officers can be seen guiding and holding on to the man, who had a walking stick with him.

Geekay added: "It was very heartwarming to see this.

"Thank you, gentlemen!

"Let us also appreciate and thank all our sisters and brothers at the frontline during these challenging times."
