Kindness speaks volumes especially during this difficult period amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.

Stomper Belinda was touched to see a deliverywoman helping an elderly lady in a wheelchair in Hougang on Thursday (Apr 16).

The Stomper was walking home from buying food-to-go when she saw the woman wearing a purple T-shirt carrying several packets of food.

"I saw this delivery lady helping out this auntie in a wheelchair cross the zebra crossing and down a steep slope," she said.

"There were people passing the auntie around the void deck.

"Despite this possibly delaying her food deliveries, this woman still took the time out to help the auntie.

"It is so heartwarming to see Singaporeans continue to help each other despite this tough season.

"Let's continue to show each other simple acts of kindness!"
