Kids playing with traffic cone and running around road risk being knocked down

Three children were spotted playing with a traffic cone at the side of a road before running across the road along Redhill Lane on Wednesday (Sep 26) at around 7pm.

Stomper Michael was driving when the children suddenly dashed across the road.

In a video he shared with Stomp, caught from his in-car camera, two children are seen running across the road just as he turned into Redhill Lane.

Luckily, he managed to brake in time.

A third child can be seen playing with a red traffic cone by the side of the road.

"The children were playing with the red cone which was left by some construction workers," Michael said.

"I am sharing this to raise awareness on such dangerous acts.

"I hope their parents will take them in hand and teach them properly."
