Just because you don't own this oBike, does not mean you can treat it badly

Bike-sharing services from companies such as ofo and oBike have turned out to be a double-edged sword in Singapore.

While the service is an affordable and useful innovation, it has also highlighted how selfish and inconsiderate some users can be.

Stomper Soon was cycling from Choa Chu Kang to Bukit Panjang along the Pang Sua Park Connector when he saw this oBike that had been dumped in a canal.

Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case either.

Just last week on June 19, four teenagers aged between 16 to 18 were arrested for committing a rash act and public nuisance.

A Snapchat clip that Stomper 123 alerted Stomp to shows one of them tossing an oBike into a canal in Punggol.
