Ceiling board in Joo Chiat Complex breaks and falls near people in ATM queue

Stomper Common Man saw the ceiling board near the ATM at Joo Chiat Complex break and fall yesterday (Dec 2) at around 9am.

The Stomper described the incident:

"Lots of broken pieces fell with a loud bang". 

Common Man is concerned as there were kids playing around that area and people were queuing for the ATM. 

He said,

"This really scares residents like us because this questions if the structure is still strong or some authorities might take this seriously and look into it?"
