Litterbugs at Holland Close obviously don't know how a rubbish bin works

Stomper David was annoyed when he saw a heap of rubbish at the void deck of 4 Holland Close this morning (Nov 20).

According to the Stomper, this was not the first time that littering had been a problem but the problem had stopped for the past two to three months.

He also added that notices had been plastered on columns in the public area for the past month.

He asked, "Why are there CCTVs installed for years but are they in operation or just put up for show?"
