Huge cable drum abandoned at Simei St 1 poses danger for pedestrians

Stomper Joshua spotted a large cable drum in front of Block 120, Simei Street 1.
He first saw the obstruction about three weeks ago during the 1st week of October, around 10 am.
Concerned, he tried contacting authorities which then directed the matter to other relevant authorities for a solution but to no avail.
The drum is still by the roadside.
He said, "I am frustrated that the drum has been blocking the path for pedestrians and drivers, posing danger and may cause potential accidents if not removed."
