Impatient driver 'wakes up the whole neighbourhood' after honking at recycling truck at Sims Avenue

Some of us like to sleep in on a public holiday, but that luxury was short-lived for some residents near Block 844 Sims Avenue.
One driver roused and startled residents in the area after honking relentlessly at a recycling truck on Hari Raya Haji (June 29).
A video of the incident, titled 'inconsiderate driver woke up the whole neighbourhood on a public holiday morning', was posted on SG Road Vigilante's Facebook page.

In the video, the black Mazda is seen behind a blue recycling truck and honking at it.
The truck driver was waiting for a worker to put back a recycling bin before moving on.
The contributor of the video told SG Road Vigilante that the driver sounded his horn for 'a whole two minutes'.
"It's just mad," the contributor said.
"He could have just turn[ed] left to another exit as there are two exits to the same road just 200m apart."
