If you thought you were a huge fan of Apple products then these people could make you think otherwise.

Despite hazy conditions, hundreds have been spotted queuing up for the new iPhone 11 series and Apple Watch Series 5 since about 11am on Thursday (Sep 19). Sales for these new products only began at about 8am on Friday (Sep 20).

Stompers KS, Angie, Soh and Serf contributed photos of the long, snaking queues outside the Apple Store.

Soh said: "It's a bit crazy. They started queuing since yesterday afternoon and can queue so many hours in advance, even staying overnight just for this."

KS shared a video of the queue.

KS said to Stomp: "The queue was amazing, it's like crazy how people queue up just for a phone."

The Straits Times reported that the first person who left the store had travelled all the way from Kuala Lumpur just to purchase two of the new phones.

The iPhone 11 series includes a 6.1-inch iPhone 11, 5.8-inch iPhone 11 Pro and 6.5-inch iPhone 11 Pro Max. Prices for the three models start from $1,149, $1,649 and $1,799 respectively.

As compared to the iPhone 11, the 11 Pro models use more dynamic Oled displays while the iPhone 11 uses an LCD display.

The iPhone 11 series also features an ultra wide-angle rear camera which was not seen on previous iPhone X models.
