Can you tell what's unusual about this traffic light in Bedok?

Look closely -- there's something rather confusing about this particular traffic light in Bedok.

If you still have not realised, the green and red man is actually lit at the same time.

Stomper Rahe, who sent in photos showing the unusual sight, said:

"Weird traffic light for walking was lit green and red at the same time when there was heavy traffic at Bedok."

It is unclear which part of Bedok this is or when exactly the incident occurred.
