An adorable budgie, Kutty, has gone missing.

It was last seen at Stomper Nivedha's flat at Block 335 Sembawang Close on Dec 17 at about 11am.

Kutty had blue spots on both sides of his yellow head and has a green body.

He also has black features on his wings and does not have on any leg ring.

Kutty was gifted to Nivedha's mother on her birthday and he has been under her care for five months.

Nivedha told Stomp: "The bird will try to bite if touched on the back.

"However, he will get onto your finger if you try to pick him up."

She says that the bird has not gone missing before.

"We saw him last at home and I think he flew out of our flat through the window.

"My family and I were really depressed and we looked for him the whole day.

"We walked around the neighbourhood and checked all the bicycles around the area because he has a habit of sitting on bicycle wheels.

"Please do help me keep a look out for Kutty," she added.
