Guy kneels to GF at Orchard Road -- but it doesn't look like he's proposing

A man was spotted kneeling in front of his girlfriend at Orchard Road.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like he is proposing but is instead on his knees to apologise.

Stomper Chris sent us a video of the incident which took place at around 10pm yesterday night. (Dec 3)

In the video, a man can be seen kneeling in front of a woman on a bench who is presumed to be his girlfriend, as passer-bys walk past staring at them.

Chris told Stomp that the couple was talking to each other but he could not make out what was being said.

He added, "(Wonder) what he did wrong to warrant such punishment."
