A GrabFood delivery rider was spotted using his personal mobility device (PMD) on the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) on Saturday evening (Oct 19).

A Stomper alerted Stomp to a video capturing the incident that was shared on SG Road Vigilante's Facebook group page.

According to the post, the e-scooter rider was seen exiting the PIE at Upper Serangoon Road at about 7.48pm.

He is seen waiting on a chevron marking before making a left turn.

GrabFood commented on the video that was shared with them and said they are looking into the matter.

Although the rider was wearing a GrabFood T-shirt, he was transporting what appeared to be a Deliveroo thermal bag. Grab said it is determining whether the rider is with GrabFood.

Under the Active Mobility Act, e-scooters are not allowed on the roads.
