Girl bullied at Jalan Sultan corridor: 7 teens assisting in police investigations

Seven teenagers are assisting in police investigations after a report was lodged over the alleged bullying of a young girl and a video of the incident went viral online.

The video, which was uploaded on Facebook, shows two girls slapping and kicking another girl along a corridor in Jalan Sultan.

Aside from the three girls, two others can be seen watching from the sidelines as the assault continued, while another girl is believed to be responsible for filming the event.

According to Shin Min Daily News, the incident occurred on Feb 15 and the 15-year-old victim was the one who lodged a police report.

The police confirmed with The Straits Times that a report was lodged and said that seven teenagers aged between 15 and 19 are assisting with investigations.

They include five girls and two boys. It is unclear which schools they are from.
