'Ghouls' invade Orchard Road on Friday the 13th, go shopping at 7-Eleven

A group of 'ghouls' were seen out on the prowl along Orchard Road yesterday night (aka Friday the 13th), posing for photographs with passers-by and even shopping at 7-Eleven.

This was actually part of a publicity stunt for a Halloween event that will be taking place at Downtown East on November 4 and 5.

Stomper ICEMANSG, who shared photos and videos of the promotional event, also shed light on what was going on.

He said: "A group of ghouls invaded Orchard Road to promote a family-friendly Halloween event happening at Downtown East.

"The Singapore Halloween Festival will be held on 4th and 5th November 2017 at Wild Wild Wet water park.

"Speaking to one of the actors, we were told that the programme this year is amazing and everyone who takes a picture with the actors gets a chance to win $388 worth of VIP passes."
