Stomper Andy was driving on the PIE towards Jurong at around 4.20am today (Jan 14) when he saw a motorcycle and its rider lying on the road.

He then stopped his vehicle and went to investigate the situation.

The motorcyclist was conscious but was injured.

Andy then called for an ambulance.

According to Andy, the motorcyclist told him that he was a Malaysian and his bike had skidded when he rode too fast.

Said the concerned Stomper:

“It’s possible that he skidded because there’s a bend after the BKE exit and motorcyclists tend to go a little faster especially during the wee hours when there is little traffic.”

The motorcyclist was then sent to a hospital after the ambulance arrived.
