Ouch! See how waiter slips, falls and sends plate crashing

A waiter in South Africa had what looked to be very painful fall in the kitchen.

According to Jukin Media, he was walking briskly through the kitchen to throw away some food when he slipped.

The poor guy fell hard onto the ground and sent his plate flying, and had to take some time to recover.
