Malaysian toddler killed after he plays with vehicle door, falls out and gets crushed by car

A two-year-old boy, Jayden Goh Hao Zheng was killed after he fell out of the family car and was run over by the vehicle behind it on Saturday (Nov 19).

The accident happened at around 8.20 pm at Jalan Lebuh Cemerlang. He died on the way to the hospital and suffered severe head injuries.

His parents were in the front seat while Jayden's two older sisters were in the back seat. They were on their way home.

According to Guang Ming Daily "the incident occurred when the victim, who was sitting in the rear passenger seat, fell out of the vehicle after the passenger door opened as the car was making a U- turn."

It is believed that the car's child safety lock was not engaged when the incident happened.

His uncle also told reporters that Jayden was an active and adorable child.
