Original article:

The family of a 23-year-old man is urgently looking for him after he went missing on Wednesday evening (July 3).

Stomper Samantha informed Stomp that her cousin, Al-Frinzzi Edzzedin Shah Bin Salim Shah, was last seen at the void deck of Block 603 Pasir Ris Drive 3 at about 9.20pm.

"He was last seen wearing a brown graphic T-shirt and blue checkered pants together with black sandals that have blue straps," she said.

"He was also holding a red water bottle."

Samantha said that when her aunt returned home that evening, Al-Frinzzi was already gone. This is the first time he has gone missing, she told Stomp.

"He is a special needs person with the mental capacity of a five-year-old," she said.

"Recently, he has been rather anxious which is why we need to find him as soon as possible."

Samantha and her family have searched many areas of Pasir Ris to no avail.

"We are worried about his safety," she said.

"If anyone sees him, please approach him nicely or we fear he may run away again."

The police are also appealing for information on the whereabouts of Al-Frinzzi.

Anyone with information is requested to call the police hotline at 1800-255-0000 or submit information online at www.police.gov.sg/iwitness.
